Theresa – Office Manager
A little about me: I am an Arizona native and I couldn’t imagine wanting to live anywhere else. I graduated from ASU with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing (Go Devils!!). I am happily married to my best friend and we have two adorable kiddos named Adam and Katie. When I am not working I love to travel, learn new things, spend time outdoors, and watch Suns games.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: My favorite part about my position is getting the opportunity to meet new people each day. Being involved in each patient’s experience from start to finish is truly rewarding and I enjoy being able to assist our patients in achieving the beautiful and healthy smile that they have always dreamed of. Dr. Woolaver is by far the most compassionate, honest, and detail-oriented doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I feel very lucky to be a part of such a wonderful team.
Heather – Assistant Manager
A little about me: I was born in Arizona, however grew up in Washington State. I graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management. I have two amazing children who keep me busy. In my free time, we love to go hiking and swimming. We also love to go down to Tucson to spend time with family.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: I love working in the positive environment we have here at Woolaver Orthodontics. Our patients walk into the office with a huge smile on their face excited to be here, and that says a lot. The most rewarding part of my day is being able to help patients through the process of getting started with treatment. I love being here for our patients and helping them create an amazing smile that will last them a life time, giving them the confidence to achieve anything they set their minds to.
Debe – Patient Coordinator & Clinical Assistant
A little about me: I was born in Bisbee, Arizona and grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In my free time I love going to the beach, scuba diving, hiking and listening to music. I also enjoy going to concerts, playing bingo and attending Cardinal games and tail gating events.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: I am excited to be a part of this amazing team. The most rewarding part of my day is having the opportunity to help patients through the Orthodontic process and make their experience enjoyable. I have been an Orthodontic assistant for over 20 years and each day is just as exciting as the last.
Sascha – Patient & Marketing Coordinator
A little about me: I was raised in Chandler, AZ. I grew up with a very diverse background and a strong culture of Peruvian, Italian, and Japanese. I recently married my soul mate, and we have two adorable pets, Gudas and Jaxy. My favorite time is being with my family and friends. I enjoy singing and listening to music, and even going to concerts. You can find me at the Ice rink almost everyday. Hockey is, and will always be, a big part of my life as I am a hockey wife and fan.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: I love being a part of this amazing transition to an orthodontic assistant. I have helped dentists, and oral surgeons before, but now I have truly found a special passion in helping kids and adults straighten their teeth. The look of amazement on patients’ faces when they review their before and after photos is priceless. I have the most rewarding job! I am so excited to be working with Dr.Woolaver’s team.
Tony – Lead Clinical Assistant
A little about me: Resident of Arizona for over nine years, I enjoy living under the sun and especially the outdoor lifestyle it brings. I enjoy sports, especially with an affinity to Major League Baseball. If you go into Dr. Woolaver’s office it is like stepping into a “Field of Dreams”, so it wasn’t to hard to say yes when I had the opportunity to join his team.
I love orthodontics because: Everyday is a new day to meet new people. It means a world to me when I can make a difference in patients smiles. Making “Woolaver Smiles” is exciting, fun and self rewarding.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: I am Dr. Woolaver’s assistant. I have been in the orthodontic field for over 12 years and for the past eight years I have worked hand in hand with Dr. Woolaver, creating smiles and creating an enjoyable experience and atmosphere for patients.
Georgina – Clinical Assistant
A little about me: I grew up in Downey California, moved to Phoenix Arizona 10 years ago to raise my kids in a slower-pace life style. I recently got married to my best friend, we have 3 wonderful kids (Brandon, Alina & Vanessa) and a dog (Jewelsy) so YES they keep us busy and on the go! We love going to the park, hiking, swimming and dancing!!
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: I enjoy interacting and getting to know our patients, who truly become a part of the Woolaver family. Here at Woolaver Orthodontics, we have such a positive environment, which you are able to see once you walk thru the door. Working in orthodontics is where my heart is, simply because I get the opportunity to see patients go thru an amazing smile transformation.
Brandon – Clinical Assistant
A little about me: I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon but have lived in Arizona for the past 17 years. I love my Chihuahua, Sonya and enjoy spending time with friends.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: I am an orthodontic technician here at Woolaver Orthodontics. I began my career as a chef but switched career paths from hospitality to the dental field. I love orthodontic assisting and am very happy to help others achieve beautiful smiles. I have worked for a few doctors over the past five years and I have to say that Dr. Woolaver is by far the best I have seen!
Lauren – Clinical Assistant
A little about me: After about ten years of living in Bend, Oregan the sunshine pulled me back to Arizona. I love exploring new places, hiking, and spending time with my other half and our furbaby, Bella.
At Woolaver Clearsmiles: Orthodontics is all about helping people to feel more confident about their smile and that’s one of the reasons I chose to be in this field. I love interacting with our patients and seeing them grow through their treatment. The unity of our team is incredible; I’m truly blessed to say that I am a part of it.
